This website has no contact form. If you email me, I receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, business details, project information and attachments.

How I use information

I use enquiry information to reply, discuss potential work and take steps you ask me to take before an agreement is made. For agreed client work, I use relevant information to provide and manage the services.

The lawful basis is usually taking steps at your request before a contract, or performing an agreement with you. I may also process limited technical information needed to keep the website secure and working properly. The lawful basis for this is my legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website.

Where information is kept

Enquiries and client correspondence stay in my personal Gmail account. I do not use a CRM or other systems to store client information.

Hostinger hosts this website. It may process technical information, such as IP address and browser information, needed to deliver and protect the site.

International processing

Google states that information used with its services may be processed on servers outside the country where a user lives. Hostinger states that it and its providers may process information internationally. The exact processing locations and arrangements depend on the services and account settings involved.

Website providers and external links

The site uses Google Fonts for its typeface and cdnjs, a Cloudflare CDN, for icons. When your browser requests these resources, their providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details.

The site contains normal links to social media and other websites. It does not embed social media content. Those websites have their own privacy policies.

How long I keep information

I keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and consider the enquiry. I keep information relating to agreed work for as long as needed to deliver the work, deal with reasonable follow-up questions and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. I do not use fixed deletion periods at present.

Your rights

You may have the right to ask for access to your information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted or restricted in some circumstances, object to some processing, or ask for a portable copy where applicable.
