You’ll speak directly with me throughout. I’ll take the time to understand your business, explain the options clearly and give you an honest view of where I can help.
Before any work begins, we’ll agree what’s included, what it will cost and the expected timescale. You’ll know what I need from you and when you’ll have the opportunity to review the work.

We can continue by email or arrange a call. I’ll ask a few questions, discuss your priorities and help work out the right approach.

I’ll outline the work
Once I understand what’s needed, I’ll set out the scope, cost and likely timings. You’ll have the chance to ask questions before deciding whether to go ahead.

With everything agreed, I’ll begin the work and keep you updated. We’ll build in opportunities for feedback so you stay involved as things take shape.
